Title pretty much sums it up. We'll be in Greece in the week of 24th (may be 7 days or longer, havent booked accommodations yet) and will fly into Athens and spend a few days - maybe 3-4 days - but really want to spend time in either Crete or Santorini or both.

I really don't think swimming in the hot springs is an option during December.
